Your pledge or reservation is not a retail transaction, but rather support for the final development, tooling, production, and packaging of the Tiny Golferz product line.

If you are not completely happy with your Tiny Golferz product for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

All Tiny Golfers products go through quality checks before shipping.
If a mechanical or manufacturing defect appears within 60 days of delivery, we may repair, replace, or credit the item at our discretion.
Normal wear or damage caused by misuse or modification is not covered.

To protect safety and sanitization standards, we cannot accept returns on the following items if opened or used:
Foam or soft-play golf balls
Gift cards or downloadable items

If you purchased Tiny Golferz via an authorized retail partner, please refer to the store’s return policy. Some retailers manage returns directly. If they cannot assist, email us and we will help resolve the request.
